Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during product releases or holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen service. Delivery times are estimated by the carrier and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and other factors beyond our control.

  • Canada: 2–8 business days (Canada Post or UPS)

  • USA: 4–10 business days (Tracked Packet USA or similar)

  • International: 6–21 business days (varies by destination and service)

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers (outside Canada) are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country. These fees are not included in your shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package leaves our hands, we rely on the shipping carrier to get it to you safely. If your order is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping info before completing checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns Due to Non-Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., unclaimed, wrong address), you’ll be contacted to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
